We had a free upgrade to a junior suite and it was a very nice and spacious room. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning and very friendly and helpfull staff. Great thanks to Anamika and Arvind who helped us very well. Dinner at the restaurant on the 1ste floor was excellent! And the rooftop pool is wonderfull. Only thing that wasn't correct was that we had asked for a taxi at the airport two days in advance but when we arrived we had a message that there was no cab available.

Best roof top restaurant. I had a fantastic experience at Ramada. The ambiance was lovely, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place for a memorable dining experience.

Beautiful hotel, even though there are as a small mistake thanks to booking.com software I like how one of the staff Anamika helped us with it and became our contact person from the first day, she took an extra step to introduce herself and to help which is always nice. Don’t always get that in a hotel - a more personal experience.
